This full-time position puts you at the operational hub of our Delaware Basin assets, where you'll monitor production systems, coordinate with field teams, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across our Permian Basin infrastructure.

About the Role

The Delaware Operations Center Operator serves as a key link between field operations and engineering teams, providing real-time monitoring and response capabilities. Based on-site at our Loving, Eddy County facility, you'll maintain oversight of production systems and support our operational objectives in one of North America's most active oil and gas basins.

What You'll Do

• Monitor production systems, equipment performance, and operational metrics throughout each shift
• Identify and respond to system alerts and operational anomalies in real-time
• Coordinate operational activities and directives with field personnel and production teams
• Document operational events, incidents, and performance data for reporting and analysis
• Support dispatch coordination and production scheduling functions
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to resolve operational challenges

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in operations, instrumentation, or industrial systems preferred
• Experience in oil and gas operations centers, production monitoring, or industrial control environments
• Strong ability to manage multiple systems and data streams with precision and accuracy
• Solid written and verbal communication for coordinating with team members and supervisors
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
• Availability for on-site work in Loving, Eddy County with flexibility for shift-based scheduling
• Willingness to obtain required operational certifications or credentials
