As our Commercial Landscape Crew Lead in Flat Rock, you'll oversee daily landscape operations, manage crew members and equipment, and ensure projects meet our high standards for quality and safety. What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct crew members throughout landscape maintenance and enhancement projects
• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets company and client standards
• Communicate with clients and management regarding project progress and any concerns
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Train crew members on equipment use, techniques, and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a landscape crew member or similar field role with demonstrated leadership potential
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
