What You'll Do

• Monitor inmate behavior and activities throughout the facility and assigned housing units
• Conduct cell and area inspections to detect contraband and maintain security standards
• Enforce facility rules and respond appropriately to violations or disturbances
• Count inmates at prescribed intervals and maintain accurate records
• Supervise inmate work details and movement between facility areas
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and document incidents through reports
• Assist in emergency response and security protocols as directed
