Production Foreman Indirect Exterior Doors

Builders FirstSource is hiring a Production Foreman for Indirect Exterior Doors at our facility in Harrisburg, Cabarrus County. This is a full-time leadership position overseeing production operations and driving team performance in our millwork and component manufacturing operations.

About the Role

As Production Foreman, you'll manage all aspects of component and millwork production for our indirect exterior doors division. You'll oversee daily operations on your assigned shift, focusing on achieving and exceeding output targets while maintaining our high-quality manufacturing standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead a production team, optimize workflows, and directly impact facility performance.

What You'll Do

• Supervise component and millwork production activities, including job planning, work assignment, and workflow coordination
• Monitor production schedules and adjust operations to achieve production targets
• Evaluate work processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Implement process enhancements to optimize output and reduce waste
• Train team members on production skills, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and manufacturing specifications
• Communicate production status and performance metrics to management
