ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER – pOpshelf

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise store associates during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
• Handle cash management, register operations, and end-of-shift procedures with accuracy
• Stock merchandise, maintain store displays, and keep the sales floor organized and clean
• Train new associates on company policies, systems, and customer service expectations
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally to maintain satisfaction
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures, inventory audits, and receiving shipments
• Communicate effectively with store management and escalate concerns as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively with a team
• Strong cash handling skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid form of identification
