Integrated Entities Senior Employee Communications Specialist

DPR is seeking a Senior Employee Communications Specialist to shape internal communications and employee engagement for Integrated Entities at our Orlando location. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building strong employee connections at every stage of the career journey.

About the Role

As Senior Employee Communications Specialist, you'll lead strategic communications initiatives that strengthen how our employees understand, connect with, and grow within DPR. You'll develop comprehensive communications plans that resonate across our workforce, building engagement and alignment around company mission and values.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement multi-faceted internal communications strategies that engage employees across all career stages
• Create compelling, clear content for diverse communication channels that drive employee awareness and participation
• Develop communications programs that support employee development, career growth, and workplace belonging
• Establish brand messaging and narratives that connect employees to organizational purpose
• Collaborate cross-functionally with human resources, leadership, and business teams to align communications with strategic goals
• Measure communications effectiveness and refine approaches based on feedback and engagement metrics

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in employee communications, internal communications, or organizational communications roles
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic communications plans at a sophisticated level
• Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Strategic mindset with comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Experience measuring and optimizing communications for impact
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities
