About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage consulting engagements for life sciences clients, from strategy development through implementation
• Direct project teams and mentor junior consultants to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Develop client strategies that address competitive pressures, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the life sciences sector
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior client leadership
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of EY's Life Sciences Consulting practice

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree (MBA, relevant master's degree, or equivalent professional experience)
• 8+ years of management consulting or related advisory experience, with demonstrated success in the life sciences industry
• Strong knowledge of life sciences market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and business operations
• Proven leadership ability with experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions
