About the Role

As an Associate Attorney focused on employment and wage & hour class actions, you will handle substantive legal work on behalf of clients facing wage theft, misclassification, overtime violations, and other employment-related claims. You will contribute to case strategy, client representation, and the development of class action litigation from initial investigation through resolution.

What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues, wage and hour regulations, and class certification standards
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
• Manage client communications and coordinate with opposing counsel
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Investigate wage and hour claims and analyze employment records
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case theory development and litigation strategy
• Contribute to the evaluation and intake of new employment-related matters

What We're Looking For

• California bar admission or eligibility for admission
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Familiarity with civil litigation and discovery procedures
• Knowledge of employment law, labor law, or class action litigation preferred
