What You'll Do
- Lead and coach sales associates to meet customer service and sales goals
- Model excellent customer service while actively engaging shoppers on the sales floor
- Manage cash handling, point-of-sale operations, and transaction accuracy
- Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and product placement
- Train new team members on store procedures, products, and company values
- Monitor store appearance, cleanliness, and merchandise displays
- Assist the store manager with scheduling, staff development, and daily operations
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
