About the Role

As a Cyber Security Mid Market Sales Account Executive at Accenture, you'll develop and manage strategic relationships with mid-market clients seeking to strengthen their security posture and reduce risk. You'll be instrumental in identifying organizational needs, consulting on security initiatives, and closing deals that create measurable value across your accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities within your assigned mid-market accounts and territory
  • Serve as a trusted security consultant, educating prospects on cybersecurity risks and Accenture's solutions
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Develop account strategies aligned with client security objectives and business goals
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand security challenges and align solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from discovery and proposal through negotiation and contract closure
  • Exceed quota targets and contribute to team pipeline and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Accenture's consulting and delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales track record in enterprise software or security solutions, ideally with mid-market experience
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics, threats, and solution categories
  • Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite and business unit leaders in strategic conversations
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
