Senior Product Analyst, Order to Cash

Okta is hiring a Senior Product Analyst, Order to Cash in San Francisco, California for a full-time position. You'll drive data-driven insights into our order-to-cash platform, helping shape how organizations securely manage customer transactions and payment workflows at scale.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Analyst focused on Order to Cash, you'll become an analytical backbone for a critical business function. You'll partner across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to uncover how customers use our platform, identify friction points in the transaction lifecycle, and recommend improvements that accelerate growth and adoption. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on analytics work in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks that measure Order to Cash health—adoption rates, transaction flows, payment success metrics, and customer journey milestones
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions about product performance, customer behavior, and competitive positioning
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product strategy, feature prioritization, and operational improvements
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define success metrics, design experiments, and validate hypotheses about new capabilities
• Monitor key performance indicators and alert stakeholders to trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy by analyzing customer segments, use cases, and messaging effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product analytics, data analytics, or business analytics experience
• Deep proficiency with SQL and analytics platforms (Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, or similar)
• Strong grasp of B2B SaaS metrics, product-led growth, and transaction processing workflows
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executives and cross-functional teams
• Intellectual curiosity, bias toward action, and comfort with ambiguity in a startup-paced environment
• Experience in fintech, payments, identity, or enterprise software is a plus
