Huntington National Bank seeks an experienced Commercial Portfolio Manager to oversee credit monitoring and relationship management for our Technology Finance division. This is a full-time position based in Glendale, Colorado, though opportunities may exist at other Huntington Bank corporate office locations.
About the Role
As Commercial Portfolio Manager for Technology Finance, you'll manage ongoing credit analysis and monitoring across a complex portfolio of commercial relationships. You'll work directly with borrowers and internal teams to ensure compliance with established monitoring protocols, identify emerging credit risks, and maintain the health of assigned accounts through structured quarterly and semiannual reviews.
What You'll Do
- Conduct regular credit monitoring and analysis on large, complex commercial credit relationships
- Prepare quarterly and semiannual portfolio reviews in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Assess borrower financial performance, industry trends, and credit risk indicators
- Communicate proactively with borrowers regarding performance expectations and any credit concerns
- Collaborate with underwriting, risk management, and business development teams
- Document findings and recommendations to support credit decisions and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain detailed records and reports on portfolio activity and credit developments
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial lending, credit analysis, or portfolio management experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial statements and credit metrics
- Knowledge of commercial credit underwriting standards and risk assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex client relationships and work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with banking systems and technology finance sectors is a plus
