CDL-A Company Driver – OTR – Dry Van

About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road driving position in a dry van truck. You'll operate a company vehicle on long-haul routes across the U.S., managing your own schedule while meeting delivery commitments and maintaining our safety standards. What You'll Do

• Safely operate a dry van truck on assigned OTR routes, traveling hundreds of miles daily
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance
• Manage deliveries, pickups, and load documentation according to company procedures
• Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with DOT hours-of-service regulations
• Communicate with dispatch and logistics teams to coordinate efficient routes
• Keep your truck clean and well-maintained throughout your route

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 1–5 months of professional CDL-A driving experience
• DOT medical certification (valid or obtainable)
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and on-time performance
