About the Role
Join a specialty hospital dedicated to caring for patients with complex medical and surgical conditions. As a Registered Nurse - New Graduate, you'll work full-time on 12-hour shifts, providing direct patient care in a supportive environment with experienced clinical mentors. This role is ideal for newly licensed nurses beginning their professional practice.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct bedside care and monitor patient vital signs and clinical status
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Assess patient conditions and collaborate with care teams on nursing care plans
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and emotional support
- Document care activities and clinical findings in the medical record
- Practice safe, evidence-based nursing to support positive patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required before starting employment
- Recent nursing program graduate or current NCLEX-RN certification
- Strong desire to work in a specialty hospital environment
- Commitment to patient safety and quality nursing care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Teamwork orientation and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
What We Offer
We provide competitive compensation with an hourly wage of $37.90 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus to support your career launch. An anticipated start date of July 2026 is planned for our new graduate nursing cohort.
