About the Role

As an Experienced Caregiver, you'll provide dignified, personalized in-home support to aging adults, helping them maintain independence and quality of life through hands-on assistance and genuine companionship.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support safe mobility and movement throughout the home
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding based on individual dietary needs
• Provide companionship and conversation to combat isolation
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment through light housekeeping
• Monitor client well-being and report any health concerns to supervisory staff
• Adapt your support to each client's unique preferences, routines, and care requirements

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification
• Demonstrated experience in home care, assisted living, or direct caregiving roles
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Genuine compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care
• Ability to pass background screening and maintain client confidentiality
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a broader care team

Compensation & Schedule

Earn competitive pay starting at $15.50 per hour, plus a $300 sign-on bonus when you join our team. We offer flexible part-time scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle and availability.
