SPATCO is hiring a Heavy Maintenance Crew Member for a full-time position based in Bellmead in the Dallas, Texas area. About the Role
As a Heavy Maintenance Crew Member at SPATCO, you'll be part of our installation and service operations team, performing essential maintenance and repairs on fueling and charging station infrastructure. This is hands-on, skilled work that keeps our equipment running safely and reliably for customers across multiple industries.
What You'll Do
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on fueling and charging station equipment
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of station infrastructure
- Install, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical components
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work sites
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors on assigned projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment conditions
- Support construction and installation activities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in heavy maintenance, equipment repair, or mechanical work
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
- Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physical capability to lift heavy materials and use hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- A commitment to safety and attention to detail
