About the Role

As a Teacher at Doral Academy Red Rock, you'll create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment where children develop foundational academic and social skills. What You'll Do

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities aligned with early childhood development standards
• Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom that encourages exploration and learning
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through guided instruction and play-based learning
• Build positive relationships with families and maintain regular communication about each child's progress and milestones
• Supervise and guide children with patience and care throughout the school day
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to maintain program quality and best practices

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Genuine passion for working with young children and their development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a classroom and engage children with enthusiasm and patience
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Relevant early childhood education certification or training preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
