About the Role

In this position, you'll serve as the lawn care expert for our Champaign-area customers. You'll specialize in aeration and related residential lawn services, working directly with homeowners to assess their turf needs and deliver professional treatments that improve lawn health and appearance. Your role combines technical skill with customer interaction, ensuring quality service on every job.

What You'll Do

• Perform aeration services and other specialized lawn treatments for residential customers
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment in accordance with safety standards
• Assess lawn conditions and recommend appropriate service solutions
• Provide professional customer service and build positive relationships
• Execute treatments consistently and meet company quality standards
• Work independently in the field while collaborating with the team

What We're Looking For

• Experience with lawn aeration, lawn care services, or turf maintenance
