About the Role

This position bridges our enrollment operations with community outreach, working closely with the Enrollment Manager and team to grow program enrollment while serving families and community partners. You'll manage the enrollment journey from initial outreach through application completion, ensuring each family receives support and clear information at every step. Your work will directly impact enrollment growth, family satisfaction, and our ability to reach families who need our services.

What You'll Do

• Conduct community outreach to prospective families and local organizations to promote enrollment opportunities
• Support the complete enrollment process, from initial inquiry through application submission and family onboarding
• Create and distribute marketing materials and program information to reach families across Norwich and New London County
• Complete intake applications with families and gather required documentation while maintaining compliance with program regulations
• Build and sustain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local agencies
• Respond promptly to family inquiries and provide clear, helpful information about programs and enrollment
• Plan and coordinate outreach events and recruitment activities
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all enrollment procedures meet organizational and regulatory standards

• Prior experience in community outreach, enrollment support, or program coordination
