About the Role

As a Customer Service Rep II supporting CDC INFO, you'll be the frontline contact helping thousands access evidence-based health guidance. Your expertise will serve a diverse audience—from individual members of the public seeking health information to healthcare providers and public health professionals requiring authoritative CDC resources and data.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accurate, science-based health information
  • Provide guidance to the public, healthcare professionals, and public health officials on CDC programs and initiatives
  • Research and deliver current, reliable health information that meets CDC standards for accuracy and consistency
  • Document interactions professionally and maintain service quality standards in a high-volume call center environment
