About the Role

The Emergency Services Telecommunications Specialist is responsible for maintaining vigilant communications monitoring across hospital facilities and coordinating effective emergency response when incidents occur. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, composure under pressure, and the ability to manage simultaneous communications with police, fire, and rescue agencies across Orange County and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

• Monitor hospital facilities around the clock to identify and assess emergency situations
• Coordinate dispatch and communications with local police, fire, and rescue services
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of emergency activities and incidents
• Manage telecommunications equipment and radio systems efficiently
• Respond to emergency calls and provide clear, professional direction during critical situations
• Support Hospital Police Department operations and overall facility safety protocols
