About the Role

As Senior Manager of National Video Investment, you'll oversee video media spending strategy, investment decisions, and vendor relationships for high-impact campaigns. You'll report directly to leadership and manage a portfolio of accounts while building and executing data-driven video media strategies that deliver measurable results for clients across diverse industries.

What You'll Do

• Direct video media investment planning and allocation across digital, streaming, linear, and connected TV channels
• Manage budget oversight, forecasting, and ROI analysis for video campaigns
• Develop and present video media strategies and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Build and nurture relationships with video platforms, publishers, and technology vendors
• Lead contract negotiations and vendor management to secure competitive rates and favorable terms
• Collaborate with creative, planning, and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance
• Stay ahead of video industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
• Mentor and guide team members on video investment best practices and strategic thinking

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in video media buying, investment planning, or media agency operations
• Demonstrated expertise in video media strategy, budget management, and vendor relationships
• Strong understanding of video platforms (YouTube, social video, CTV, streaming, linear TV)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering client results
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop and manage teams
