About the Role

Park City Surgical Center is a high-performing orthopedic ambulatory surgery center seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the operating room environment, support surgical teams through coordinated patient care, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and organize the operating room environment, supplies, and equipment for scheduled surgical procedures
• Serve as the surgical team's liaison, managing communication and coordination before, during, and after surgery
• Support orthopedic surgeons and surgical technicians, anticipating needs and responding to requests
• Monitor and document patient status, surgical counts, and procedural details with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and safety protocols to protect patient outcomes
• Balance efficiency with compassionate patient care, ensuring a positive surgical experience

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure in good standing
• Demonstrated experience as an OR Circulator in a surgical setting
