About the Role
This full-time position offers the opportunity to grow your BIM expertise while delivering the detailed technical drawings and intelligent building models that modern construction demands. Working in our Dallas office, you'll partner directly with project leads to translate design intent into buildable, coordinated MEP systems that advance project success from design through construction administration.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain comprehensive BIM models for HVAC and plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and coordination with architectural and structural disciplines
- Develop equipment families, ductwork routing, piping layouts, and system schematics that reflect current codes and best practices
- Generate contract drawings, schedules, and coordination drawings for plan, section, and detail sheets
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve MEP conflicts and improve constructability
- Maintain project standards, model organization, and documentation quality throughout the design and construction phases
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Revit with demonstrated expertise in MEP modeling, family creation, and view management
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, components, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with diverse project teams
- Self-directed work ethic and collaborative mindset—you take initiative while contributing effectively to team goals
- Solid technical drawing and coordination skills; experience with 2D CAD is a plus
