About the Role

As Donor Impact Coordinator and Board of Governors Liaison, you'll serve as a key connector within Ramapo College's development and advancement operations. This position combines hands-on donor engagement with essential support for college governance, ensuring that philanthropic investments translate into measurable institutional impact and that board operations run smoothly and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate donor engagement activities, events, and recognition programs that celebrate and sustain philanthropic partnerships
• Track and document donor impact, maintaining accurate records of contributions and outcomes to demonstrate value to supporters
• Support Board of Governors meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and record-keeping
• Facilitate communication between the board, college leadership, and donors to align strategic priorities
• Manage donor relations correspondence and acknowledgment processes
• Prepare reports and analyses on donor activity, retention, and engagement metrics
• Assist in the planning and execution of donor appreciation events and stewardship activities
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive institutional and donor information
