About the Role

Cargill's Agricultural Supply Chain connects grain producers and end-users globally. As a Grain Production Worker, you'll contribute to essential operations that keep our supply chain moving—from grain sourcing and storage through processing and distribution. Your work helps ensure farmers' harvests reach markets efficiently and reliably.

What You'll Do

• Assist with grain receiving, inspection, and sampling to maintain quality standards
• Operate and maintain grain handling equipment and storage systems
• Monitor grain storage conditions and perform routine facility checks
• Support grain movement, blending, or processing operations as directed
• Maintain accurate records of grain inventory and production activities
• Follow safety protocols and best practices in all daily operations
• Work collaboratively with production team members to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform physical work in a grain production facility environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced operational setting
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Previous agriculture or production facility experience a plus
