Alliance Service Group is recruiting a Luxury Dealership Valet Manager to lead operations at a premium automotive dealership in Schaumburg, Cook County. In this full-time management position, you'll oversee our valet and porter team while maintaining the exceptional service standards that define the luxury dealership experience.
About the Role
As the Valet Manager for our Schaumburg-area partner dealership, you'll serve as the key operational leader managing service and sales porters. Your focus will be on creating smooth, efficient dealership operations while upholding the premium service expectations our luxury clientele demands. This hands-on leadership role combines team supervision, operational planning, and customer-facing excellence.
What You'll Do
- Direct daily valet and porter operations across the dealership
- Recruit, train, and motivate a professional valet and porter team
- Create work schedules and manage team assignments
- Monitor service quality and adherence to dealership standards
- Coordinate between valet operations and other dealership departments
- Resolve operational challenges and customer concerns promptly
- Maintain inventory and documentation for vehicle handling
- Report on team performance and operational metrics
