About the Role
As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide direct clinical care to individuals and families navigating mental health challenges. This position is an opportunity to practice your therapy skills in a community-focused environment built to support clinicians in delivering meaningful, lasting change.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards
- Partner with clinical supervisors, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure integrated care delivery
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt interventions to support client recovery and wellness
- Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related mental health field
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or comparable clinical credential
- Experience providing therapy in community mental health or behavioral health organizations
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, therapeutic communication, and case documentation
- Dedication to trauma-informed and culturally responsive treatment practices
- Relevant certifications or specialized clinical training a plus
