About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) position operating dry van equipment. You'll handle freight operations on consistent load assignments that keep your schedule predictable and your miles strong. The role offers the stability experienced drivers seek—steady work with planned routes that balance time on the road with meaningful time at home.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle solo across interstate and regional routes
• Transport dry van freight with professional, damage-free handling
• Maintain FMCSA compliance and safety standards on all loads
• Manage a typical 28-day on-road cycle, returning home for 5-day breaks
• Log approximately 2,000 miles weekly on consistent, pre-planned routes
• Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance documentation

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• 1-5 months of professional truck driving experience
• Clean driving record and FMCSA compliance history
• Ability to commit to consistent, predictable schedules
• Strong mechanical aptitude and vehicle care
• Preference for independent route management

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay ranges from 52-56 cents per mile based on your experience level. Top performers in our fleet earn approximately $1,500 weekly. You'll also receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid vacation time, performance incentive programs, and the predictable home time that lets you plan your personal life around reliable schedules.
