JP Euro, a premier European and exotic vehicle repair facility, is actively recruiting an experienced BMW Master Technician Mechanic to join our team in Greenwood. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $50–$65 based on qualifications and experience, along with relocation assistance for qualified candidates ready to advance their automotive career.
About the Role
As a BMW Master Technician, you will lead diagnostic and repair operations on high-performance European luxury vehicles. You'll work on complex mechanical, electrical, and computer-aided systems that demand both deep technical knowledge and hands-on precision. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on BMW vehicles using specialized computer and testing equipment
- Execute engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and drivetrain service on various BMW models and generations
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, advanced driver assistance features, and hybrid or electric components
- Conduct brake service, suspension alignment, and performance tuning as needed
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly to management and customers
- Lead quality control inspections and mentor junior technicians when appropriate
- Stay current with BMW technical updates, recalls, and diagnostic software
What We're Looking For
- Proven master-level experience servicing BMW vehicles, with verifiable work history
- Current BMW or equivalent master technician certification, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Strong command of BMW diagnostic tools, computer systems, and technical service bulletins
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vehicle repairs simultaneously
- Commitment to safety protocols, cleanliness, and professional customer interactions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to test drive vehicles post-service
