Ecolab is hiring a Brand Standards, Guest Experience & Food Safety Advisor to join our EcoSure brand protection team in Thousand Oaks, Ventura County. This full-time position partners directly with hospitality and food service operations to maintain brand excellence, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety compliance across partner locations.
About the Role
As a Brand Standards, Guest Experience & Food Safety Advisor, you'll serve as an on-site expert helping global brands strengthen their operations and protect their reputation. EcoSure, Ecolab's brand protection division, develops comprehensive strategies that combine collaborative assessments, professional coaching, and industry best practices. You'll be the trusted advisor who conducts evaluations, identifies improvement opportunities, and delivers the coaching that drives real, lasting change.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive on-site assessments evaluating brand standards compliance, guest experience quality, and food safety practices
- Provide coaching and detailed feedback to operational teams on audit findings and improvement priorities
- Develop customized action plans addressing gaps in sanitation, food handling, operational procedures, and brand consistency
- Partner with facility leadership to track implementation progress and accountability
- Document assessment results, maintain detailed records, and prepare reporting for partner stakeholders
- Leverage digital learning platforms and industry best practices to strengthen operational performance
- Build collaborative relationships that foster commitment to continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Background in food safety, sanitation, hospitality operations, or regulatory compliance
- Experience conducting assessments, audits, or compliance evaluations in a service or operational environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to coach and influence teams
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to thorough documentation
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Willingness to travel to partner locations throughout the service area
