About the Role
The Howl Squad is PeoplesBank Arena's dedicated team that creates unforgettable fan experiences and drives engagement throughout events. You'll be instrumental in building the energy and atmosphere that makes live entertainment memorable, supporting guests from entry through the final moment of every show or game.
What You'll Do
- Connect with guests and fans across the arena to foster an exciting, welcoming environment
- Lead and coordinate fan entertainment, interactive activities, and engagement programming
- Execute promotions, giveaways, and fan contests that enhance the event experience
- Maintain high energy and positivity while representing PeoplesBank Arena
- Respond to guest needs with professionalism and enthusiasm in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborate with venue operations to ensure seamless event execution
What We're Looking For
