About the Role
As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic, you'll be responsible for all aspects of BMW vehicle service—from complex electrical diagnostics to engine rebuilds. You'll work independently on challenging repairs while mentoring junior technicians and maintaining JP Euro's reputation for meticulous craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair BMW engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension components using factory procedures
- Perform preventative maintenance and complex mechanical work on BMW vehicles
- Operate advanced diagnostic scanners and specialized BMW equipment
- Create detailed technical documentation for all repairs and service work
- Communicate directly with customers about repair findings, timelines, and vehicle condition
- Stay current with BMW service bulletins, technical updates, and recalls
- Contribute to shop standards and training for newer technicians
