• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team scheduling
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting shopping environment
• Build relationships with customers and address their beauty and skincare needs
• Support compliance, loss prevention, and operational metrics

What We're Looking For

• Retail leadership experience, preferably in specialty or beauty retail
