About the Role
In this Senior Credit Analyst position, you'll leverage your deep expertise in credit evaluation and financial analysis to support our clients and drive sound business decisions. Your analytical acumen and negotiation skills will be central to your success in this role.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate creditworthiness and assess financial risk for commercial borrowers
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and supporting documentation
- Prepare detailed credit analyses and recommendations for credit decisions
- Negotiate terms and structures with clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers and team members
- Monitor credit portfolios and identify emerging risks or concerns
- Support credit documentation and loan administration activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of commercial credit experience in a Senior Credit Analyst role or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with excellent self-management
