About the Role

As Account Executive 4, you'll own a territory of strategic accounts, building deep relationships with enterprise clients and driving revenue growth. You'll manage complex sales cycles from discovery through close, collaborate with product and implementation teams, and ensure every solution we deliver creates real value for our customers. Based in Augusta, Kennebec County, you'll work full-time as a key player in UKG's continued expansion.

What You'll Do

• Pursue and close high-value opportunities within your assigned account territory
• Develop account strategies tailored to complex client needs and multi-stakeholder environments
• Build executive-level relationships and navigate sophisticated sales negotiations
• Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation
• Partner with customer success, product, and implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer retention
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets while contributing to team and company growth
• Gather market feedback and refine sales strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of proven enterprise Account Executive or senior sales experience
• Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and drive accountability while collaborating cross-functionally
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets
• Knowledge of HCM, HRIS, workforce management, or enterprise software a plus
