RxBenefits is hiring a Senior Director of PBM Strategic Relations for our PBM Products team in Wake Island, Honolulu. This full-time leadership role shapes how we partner with pharmacy benefit managers and vendor organizations to deliver lasting value across the industry.
About the Role
As Senior Director of PBM Strategic Relations, you'll lead all strategic partnership activities between RxBenefits and our PBM partners. Your work directly influences how we align product development, service delivery, and business objectives with the needs of major PBM stakeholders. You'll develop and execute programs that strengthen vendor relationships, accelerate market adoption, and drive mutual growth.
What You'll Do
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with PBM leadership teams, ensuring alignment on vision, goals, and measurable outcomes
- Oversee design and delivery of ongoing support programs, training initiatives, and educational content for PBM partners and their teams
- Lead vendor evaluation, vetting, and performance management processes to maintain high standards across the partnership ecosystem
- Develop business cases and proposals for new partnership opportunities that drive RxBenefits' strategic plan forward
- Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to translate partner feedback into roadmap priorities and service improvements
- Monitor relationship health, identify emerging risks or opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Represent RxBenefits at industry conferences, trade shows, and key partner meetings
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare vendor relations, or closely related fields
- Proven success building and sustaining executive-level partnerships with complex organizations
- Deep knowledge of PBM operations, business models, and the broader healthcare industry
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into measurable results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects in fast-paced environments
