Property Management Deputy Director

Join Pacifica Continental as a Property Management Deputy Director in Miami, Miami-Dade County. We're seeking a bilingual operations leader to oversee our short-term rental management division and drive growth across our property portfolio.

About the Role

As Deputy Director of Property Management, you'll play a crucial leadership role at a prominent investment company specializing in hospitality operations. This is a full-time position based in our Miami office, where you'll report to senior leadership and manage day-to-day operations across our short-term rental properties. You'll be instrumental in optimizing processes, improving performance metrics, and ensuring high standards of property upkeep and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Oversee property maintenance, cleaning, and guest services across short-term rental units
• Manage and develop property management staff and third-party service contractors
• Monitor operational metrics and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and occupancy
• Handle vendor relationships, lease negotiations, and vendor performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with local Miami-Dade County regulations and company policies
• Serve as primary liaison between property owners, guests, and operations teams
• Develop and manage operating budgets for assigned properties
• Communicate regularly with leadership on performance and strategic priorities

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
• Proven experience in property management, hospitality operations, or facilities management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Miami-Dade County real estate practices and local regulations preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
