About the Role

As a Travel Pre-Sales Specialist, you'll be the bridge between prospective corporate clients and our comprehensive travel management capabilities. You'll engage with decision-makers across organizations to understand their business travel challenges, present strategic solutions, and build the foundation for long-term partnerships. This role combines consultative selling, needs analysis, and travel industry expertise to qualify opportunities and move them toward close.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads and opportunities from corporate travel prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client travel spend, policies, pain points, and objectives
  • Develop customized presentations showcasing Internova Travel Group's solutions and competitive advantages
  • Prepare pre-sales proposals and business cases that address prospect needs
  • Collaborate with account executives to position opportunities for successful sales closure
  • Research industries and competitors to stay current with market trends and travel management best practices
  • Maintain detailed notes and forecasts in CRM systems to track opportunity progress

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business development, pre-sales, or client-facing sales roles
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel management, TMC services, or the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex offerings into clear value propositions
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and follow structured sales processes
  • Detail-oriented approach to proposal development and opportunity management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
