Director of Revenue Management

Virgin Hotels Central Services Llc is hiring a Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue optimization and pricing strategy at our Lafayette Square, Orleans Parish location. This is a full-time position where you'll drive financial performance and shape guest experiences through strategic hotel management.

About the Role

As Director of Revenue Management, you'll own revenue strategy, pricing decisions, inventory management, and financial forecasting across our property. You'll collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to maximize occupancy, average daily rate, and RevPAR while maintaining the exceptional guest service Virgin Hotels is known for.

What You'll Do

• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and historical data to develop and execute revenue management strategies
• Set and adjust room rates, packaging, and promotions to optimize revenue performance
• Manage distribution channels, vendor relationships, and booking patterns to balance occupancy and profitability
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership review
• Monitor key performance indicators including occupancy rate, average daily rate, revenue per available room, and total revenue
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Train and mentor revenue management team members and support front-line staff

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in hotel revenue management or hospitality financial management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with revenue management systems and Excel
• Deep understanding of hotel operations, market segmentation, and pricing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
