As a Banquet Server with PM New, you'll be central to creating unforgettable dining experiences at our Airlie Hotel & Conference Center. From intimate corporate dinners to grand celebrations, you'll serve our guests with professionalism and care, ensuring every event runs seamlessly. What You'll Do

• Deliver prompt, gracious service during multi-course banquet meals and events
• Set tables precisely with linens, place settings, and glassware
• Serve food and beverages with confidence and courtesy
• Clear and reset tables between courses with efficiency
• Respond attentively to guest requests and special needs
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event coordination staff
• Maintain an immaculate banquet service space

What We're Looking For
