What You'll Do
- Execute regular regional routes based from the Independence, Jackson County area
- Operate your vehicle independently while maintaining all DOT regulations and Ryder safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections with attention to detail
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Develop working relationships with regular customers on your routes
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated experience operating Class A vehicles on regional routes
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements
- Experience with vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections
- Reliability, professionalism, and genuine commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
