What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive patient care on a medical-surgical unit, managing patient assessments, monitoring, and response to clinical changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established protocols and patient needs
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure positive outcomes
• Support patients and families through education, comfort measures, and compassionate communication
• Adapt quickly to unit workflows and contribute to a supportive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or ability to obtain one
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing or related acute-care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
• Flexibility, reliability, and commitment to patient-centered care
• Experience with electronic health records systems
