About the Role
Accenture is seeking an experienced Commercial Credit/nCino Manager to oversee credit operations and digital banking solutions for enterprise financial services clients. In this full-time position based in Atlanta, you'll combine deep commercial credit expertise with cloud platform mastery to optimize credit workflows, strengthen risk management, and accelerate digital adoption across client portfolios.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial credit portfolios and lead underwriting, credit analysis, and risk assessment initiatives
- Administer and optimize nCino platform configurations to enhance credit delivery and operational efficiency
- Develop credit policies, processes, and governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
- Direct cross-functional teams in implementing cloud-based credit solutions for banking clients
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for credit process modernization and automation
- Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement in credit operations and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial credit management and banking operations
- Proven experience administering nCino or comparable cloud credit platforms
- Strong foundation in commercial lending, credit risk, underwriting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Leadership experience managing teams in financial services environments
- Advanced analytical capabilities and client-facing communication skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations, credit policy, and operational best practices
