What You'll Do
- Mentor store associates in product knowledge, customer engagement, and company standards
- Keep the store organized, well-stocked, and inviting for our customers
- Process customer purchases and handle inquiries with professionalism and care
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures to maintain security and readiness
- Support team members in achieving their best work through coaching and feedback
- Help maintain loss prevention and store safety standards
- Work with store management to achieve sales targets and operational goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership exposure
- Excellent communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for helping others
- Natural ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Organized, reliable, and committed to showing up on time
- Comfort working with POS systems and technology
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for evenings and weekends
- Ability to remain professional and focused in a dynamic retail environment
