Class A CDL Company Driver – OTR – Dry Van

U.S. Xpress is hiring Class A CDL company drivers for over-the-road (OTR) dry van positions based in Drumright. This full-time opportunity offers competitive mileage-based compensation, sign-on bonuses, and flexible solo or team driving options for drivers with 1 to 5 months of experience.

This over-the-road position is designed for drivers with recent commercial driving experience who are ready to build a career with a professional, stable fleet operation.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A CDL-equipped dry van tractors for long-distance transport routes
• Maintain safe, professional driving practices in full compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Meet delivery schedules and deadlines while coordinating with dispatch
• Maintain communication with operations teams throughout assigned routes

Pay & Compensation

Earnings are structured on a cents-per-mile basis, ranging from 54 to 60 CPM based on your experience level. Solo drivers average 2,000 miles weekly with a guaranteed minimum of $1,200 per week on a 12-days-out, 2-days-home schedule. Top-performing drivers in the fleet earn approximately $1,725 per week. Solo drivers receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Team driving options are also available with higher weekly mileage potential (approximately 5,000 miles per week), a $5,000 sign-on bonus split between partners, and 72–80 CPM split compensation.
