What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and till accuracy
• Hire, train, and schedule team members; develop talent and foster a collaborative culture
• Ensure consistent execution of food safety standards, product quality, and cleanliness protocols
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers; address concerns and gather feedback
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships; control waste and labor costs
• Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty
• Model Starbucks values and company policies while coaching your team to do the same

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing teams in a retail or food service environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Retail management or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume setting
• Reliable, professional, and committed to guest and partner satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
