The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics plays a vital role in Walmart's commitment to operating with integrity. You'll oversee investigations into suspicious financial activities, direct transaction analysis, and ensure all compliance findings are thoroughly documented and addressed. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll balance the need for thorough, consumer-focused investigations with strict quality standards and productivity targets.

What You'll Do

• Conduct and direct thorough investigations into suspected financial misconduct and compliance violations
• Analyze transaction data and financial patterns to identify risks and suspicious activities
• Gather intelligence from multiple sources to develop comprehensive case assessments
• Document findings, investigative methodologies, and mitigation actions in detailed reports
• Meet established quality benchmarks and productivity targets while maintaining investigative standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance improvements and prevent future issues

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience in financial compliance, fraud investigation, or anti-money laundering (AML) work
• Strong analytical and investigative capabilities with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
