About the Role

In this full-time position based in Mandeville, you'll be the driving force behind successful job placements and employment support for our clients. You'll work directly with job seekers to assess their capabilities, connect them with suitable employment opportunities, and provide ongoing support to ensure they thrive in their roles.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate skills, work experience, and employment readiness
• Identify and develop job matches that align with client abilities and career aspirations
• Conduct mock interviews and provide resume assistance to prepare clients for employment
• Deliver hands-on job coaching and retraining support in the workplace as needed
• Monitor client job performance and workplace integration over time
• Build and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate placements and resolve workplace challenges

• Commitment to providing on-site job coaching and support
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Mandeville area
• Client-focused approach to employment support and career development
• Prior experience in vocational rehabilitation, job coaching, or supported employment programs (preferred)
