Step behind the bar at one of Baltimore's busiest live entertainment venues. Oak View Group is hiring a part-time Concessions Bar Back at CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, to keep our bars fully stocked and event-ready from doors to final encore.

About the Role

As a Concessions Bar Back at CFG Bank Arena, you are the backbone of a fast-moving service team. This part-time, in-person position in Baltimore supports bartenders and concessions staff during concerts, sporting events, and special programming, ensuring guests enjoy seamless service throughout every show. It is an ideal fit for energetic, dependable individuals who thrive in a high-volume, game-day atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock bar stations with beverages, ice, glassware, garnishes, and supplies before and during events
• Support bartenders and concessions staff so service stays quick and uninterrupted during peak crowds
• Keep work areas, coolers, and storage zones clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Transport kegs, cases, and inventory between storage and service points
• Break down, clean, and reset bar areas at the close of each event
• Assist with setup, teardown, and other duties as assigned by venue management

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event calendar
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items and standing for extended shifts
• A team-first attitude with reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines (must meet legal age requirements for handling alcohol)
• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or live events is helpful but not required
